ஒரு மொழியில் ஐந்து முக்கிய கூறுகள் உள்ளன.

அவை.

1.  பிழை இல்லாத தெளிவான தகவல்தொடர்பு,
2. பிழை இல்லாத தகவல்தொடர்புக்கு உதவும் உருவமும் ஒலியும்
3. ஒவ்வோரு ஒலிக்கும்  உருவத்திற்குமான பொருள்
4. ஒவ்வோரு ஒலிக்கும்  உருவத்திற்குமான இணைப்பு
5. தொடர்ச்சியான தெளிவான மொழிக்குரிய ஒலிகளுக்கும் உருவ அமைப்பிற்குமான  தொடர்பின் இலக்கண  விதிகள்.

இந்த ஐந்து விதிகளைப் புரிந்துகொள்வதும் நடைமுறையில் பயன்படுத்துவதும் கற்பவரின் மொழித் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துகிறது.

இந்த விதிகளைப் பயன்படுத்த, மொழி கற்பவர் முதலில்  ஒரு மொழியில் பிழையற்ற கருத்தாடலை நோக்கமாகக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். இன்று,நாம்   மொழியை ஆழமாகக் கற்பதில் கற்பிப்பதில் ஆர்வம் காட்டுவதில்லை. முக்கியமாக இன்றைய செய்யறிவு கருவிகளினால்  தெளிவான சுருக்கமான வேகமான தகவல்தொடர்பு கிடைக்கும் போத்ஹு , மேலே உள்ள விதிகளைப் பயன்படுத்த நமக்குத் தேவையில்லாமல் போகிறது. இது புலம்பெயர்ந்த தமிழர்களுக்கு தமிழை இரண்டாம் மொழியாக கற்க இன்னும் கடினமாகிறது.

பெற்றோர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் தன்னார்வலர்களுக்கு தமிழ் கற்றல் மற்றும் கற்பித்தலை எளிதாகவும், வேகமாகவும், வேடிக்கையாகவும் மாற்ற உதவும் வகையில் கற்றல் வளங்களை உருவாக்குவதை தமிழ் அநிதம் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

உங்கள் ஆதரவுக்கு நாங்கள் நன்றி கூறுகிறோம். உங்கள் தமிழ் கற்றல் வளத் தேவைகளுக்கு எங்களை அணுகவும்.

A language has five important components.

They are.

1. clear error free communication,
2. oral and visual tools for error free communications,
3. meaningful purpose for each oral and visual tools
4. interconnectivity of oral and visual tools,
5. rules for those interconnections for continuity and clarity.

Understanding and practically applying these five rules enhances the learner’s language skills.

To apply these rules the language learner first aims for error free communication. Today, we are looking for fast and straightforward way and are not interested in learning in-depth. When we have AI tools presenting themselves as the expert in clear concise fast communication tools, we are inclined to apply the above rules. This gets even more difficult for Tamil diaspora to learn Tamil as a second language.
