Author Bio
kavi Kaalamehgap Pulavar lived in Kumbakonam during 15th century. A reference about him is mentioned in He wrote poems called Thiruvaanaikka wulaa(திருவானைக்கா உலா), Saraswathi maalai(சரசுவதி மாலை), parabhirama viLLakkam(பரப்பிரம்ம விளக்கம்), chithira madal (சித்திர மடல்). Apart from this, he has written solo poems. It is said that he can write a poem on anything as soon as he was asked to write a poem.
